Request a Change or Modification in Vetspire

You can use the Vetspire Optimization Request Form to request a change to a consent form, coupon amount, protocol or reminder, wellness plan, or appointment type duration. You can also use this form to request a new appointment type or consent form.

Please discuss the change with your Regional Support Team leader before submitting the request. Include detailed notes in your request to help our team best understand your business need.

Can I request a change to an appointment type name or color?

No. Appointment type names and colors are consistent across the entire Thrive Pet Healthcare organization. Requests for changes to appointment type names and colors will not be accommodated.
