Delete these pages once new content is published in Manual – check when archived in Sandbox:

✅ Events (Change Log): This is covered in the “Tips” section of the new “About Encounters” topic.
✅ Encounter Footer: Archive; added annotated image and blurb about the footer to the main “About Encounters” topics with links to relevant procedures.

Need new/updated procedures for:

✅ Assign Encounter to a Provider and Technician (repurpose “Assign Provider” topic)
✅ Send a Consent Form from an Encounter (new)
✅ Share Encounter PDFs (new – this will cover everything in the “Share” tab of the encounter footer)
✅ Sign an Encounter (existing proc, need to edit)

Create Estimate and Create Invoice procedures can be separate since those articles already exist, but they need to be cross-linked to main “About Encounters” topic.

Other:

✅ Everything else should fit into a single topic about encounter sections, something like “Default Encounter Sections” – Intake, Vitals, SOAP, Orders, Body Maps, Discharge Instructions, Attachments, Follow Up.
Leave as separate topics/procedures:
- Vitals Monitoring – “How to Record Vitals During Surgical Encounters”
- Place Medication Orders – “Order Medications in Encounter”
  - Merge “Order Medications in Stock,” “Order External Prescription for Medication Not Stocked,” and “Order External Prescription for Medication Stocked”
  - Edit and move “Enter Historical Medications” to underneath “Medications in Patient Chart” – compare with similar procedure that’s already there.
  - Move “Combo Vaccines Best Practice” under “Inventory and Services” topics – merge content from relevant KB article – retitle “Tips for Adding Combination Vaccine to Inventory”
✅ “Orphaned Lab Results” topic should be moved under “Dashboard” – retitle “Assign Orphaned Lab Result to Patient”
- ✅ Delete “Order Modalities” because it’s empty; move “VitalPACS Order” topic under other Lab Integration/VitalPACS topics for now and verify information with Peggy before editing

Look in old support portal knowledge base for info to merge over about encounter templates/sections.
